    I went here at about 7:00 PM Wednesday night and ordered a 5 piece tender and onion rings. They were quite busy so after spending about 10 minutes in the drive through the lady had told me there was a shortage so I had to pull to the side and wait. When she came out it looked like she had 2 orders and asked if we were waiting, we said yes and she gave us what she said was the 5 piece tender. Turned out to be somebody else's 2 meals. She forgot our drink so he went back in for it, I checked the food and saw it was wrong. An older black gentleman by the name of Ronnie came out with my drink and I informed him of what had happened and gave him my receipt, he apologized and went in to make our order fresh. He let us keep the 2 wrong meals and gave us extra tenders on our new order and large fries and deserts. He was very helpful, friendly, and definitely went the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. 5 stars for Ronnie.

    They took forever just to tell me that they cannot do the coupon on their app. I asked why they have a coupon on the app if they are not going to honor it and the assistant manager said "I not know".  They even had the deal they refused to do on a huge display RIGHT next to me and the assistant manager.

    The customer service was decent but the food was "warm" and dried out. It seemed like they saved it all day so it didnt get wasted...

    When we got home we had to microwave everything which at least helped with the temperature part.

    Always takes forever to get food out, employees would much rather play and talk then work. The manager does almost all the work, get this man some help!

    I bought chicken tenders and its was the nastyyyy
    One i ever eat in my life .... Terrible place don't buy from them ever... The chicken was cold and dry definitely not healthy
